Shipping policy
Designs by Lexi is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with USPS shipping
- Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items
- To file a claim with the carrier, please click the following link File a Claim | USPS
- We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-10 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
- Designs by Lexi is NOT responsible for any lost packages or packages that have been stolen. Please contact your local post office regarding any shipping issues.
- If an item shows as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier regarding the order. Once the order leaves our hands, we cannot control the shipping.
- We are NOT responsible for any packages that have been returned to us due to the customer putting in the incorrect address. Please make sure that you put in the correct address before purchasing.
- NO CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS ARE ACCEPTED
- Pre-orders have a 4 week ESTIMATED arrival time. Please be aware they can take longer than this before ordering!
