Refund policy
Designs by Lexi does NOT accept refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item is defected. If your item(s) come defeated, you have 5 days from the day your item was delivered to reach out and let us know so we can arrange a return or an exchange. If the item comes in broken or damaged because the package was mishandled, please contact your local post office. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges due to COVID-19.
If you are unsure and have ANY questions regarding sizing, material, or anything else please contact us before purchasing.
Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
Shipping policy
Designs by Lexi is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with USPS shipping
- Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items
- To file a claim with the carrier, please click the following link File a Claim | USPS
- We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-10 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
- Designs by Lexi is NOT responsible for any lost packages or packages that have been stolen. Please contact your local post office regarding any shipping issues.
- If an item shows as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier regarding the order. Once the order leaves our hands, we cannot control the shipping.
- We are NOT responsible for any packages that have been returned to us due to the customer putting in the incorrect address. Please make sure that you put in the correct address before purchasing.
- NO CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS ARE ACCEPTED
- Pre-orders have a 4 week ESTIMATED arrival time. Please be aware they can take longer than this before ordering!
